Equipment for the production of granulated feed from "Artmash" LLC is capable of processing feed of any composition. On the feed line you can produce both starter pellets for quail and alfalfa pellets for rabbits.

Birds, fish and other animals eat pelleted foods well and gain weight quickly (compared to the usual diet). By mixing and pressing the feed, the granules receive a full set of vitamins, minerals and other useful substances.

Feed pelleting line Artmash

A feed pelleting line is worth buying in order to increase the feeding efficiency by 2-3 times and reduce the cost of feed consumption per unit of weight gain.

Equipment for the production of feed pellets consists of:

CRUSHER

Depending on the needs of the farm, the following are used for shredding:

universal grinder of grain and herbaceous crops 4-11 kW;
hammer-rotor universal crusher or its analogue with a vacuum cleaner for 11-15 kW;
industrial grain crusher 15-30 kW;
industrial hay cutter 11-18.5 kW.

When a crushing capacity of more than 900 kg/h for grain and more than 450 kg/h for hay is needed, we integrate two separate shredders into the line.

FEED MIXER

The Artmash plant produces mixing devices with a horizontal hopper with a volume of:

0.6 m³, which is optimal for shredders up to 18.5 kW;
1.5 cubic meters, compatible with 11-22 kW crushers;
3 cubes, recommended for 1.5 kW hay cutters and 22-30 kW grain crushers.

Additionally installed aspiration, oil injection, weight sensors, automation.

DOSING AUGER

The model is matched to the mixer for complete unloading of its hopper. It is possible to use a two-head auger of 1.5 or 3 m3, when it is necessary to service two granulators at the same time.

For compound feed complexes, it is recommended to install a 0.6 m3 mixing auger, which performs the functions of mixing and accurate loading.

FEED GRANULATOR

We manufacture pellet mills for mixed feed with the following capacity:

7.5 and 11 kW for feed complexes serving small farms;
22 kW for full-size pelletizing lines that produce pellets for sale or for their own livestock;
37 kW for feed pelletizing plants that produce pellets under their own brand, sell them in bulk, or serve large livestock complexes.

We recommend to additionally increase the line productivity by installing two granulators operating simultaneously.

REFRIGERATION COMPLEX

There are two models for pelletizing lines:

with a capacity of 1,000 kg / h for lines with a granulator up to 22 kW;
productivity 2,000 kg / h for lines with two granulators of 22 or 37 kW.

The complex includes: a counterflow cooling column, a bucket elevator, an inclined conveyor, a vibrating table, a support for bags.

For lines with an output of less than 500 kg/h (granulators 7.5-15 kW), the use of a counter-flow cooler is impractical.

WEIGHT BATCHER

We produce models with a hopper:

0.6 m³ for lines with a capacity of up to 800 kg/h;
1.5 m³ for highly productive lines.

It is possible to increase the capacity of the bunker at the request of the client.

The capacity and configuration of equipment for the production of compound feed can be selected individually, taking into account the wishes of power, productivity, amount, height, occupied area.
