The equipment is used to cool the granules immediately after the granulation process is completed. Pellets after passing through the cooling column acquire strength, excess moisture and dust are eliminated.

Noria, which transports hot granules from the granulator to the cooling tower. At the request of the customer, we can replace the closed vertical conveyor with an open or semi-open inclined conveyor. |

Cooling column of countercurrent type. The airflow generated by the fans passes through the cooling chamber. It cools the granules, reduces their humidity, removes part of the non-granulated mass and small crumbs into the cyclone. This prevents the granulate from rotting. The cooler hopper is equipped with a window to monitor the fullness, as well as the main and backup sensors for automatic discharge of cooled granules. |

Small inclined conveyor, which takes the cooled granules from the column and feeds them to the vibrating table for screening. On request, we can replace this conveyor with a bucket elevator of the appropriate height. |

Vibrating table with a tray for collecting dust and crumbs suitable for re-granulation. Unloading from the vibrating table can be carried out in bags or in the conveyor tray. It is also possible to install a twin unloading unit, suitable for use in both versions. On request, an increased version of the vibrating table is available for direct unloading of chilled granules into a big bag. |
