Sawdust processing lines

We will manufacture a line for processing sawdust (oak, pine, spruce, alder, poplar), as well as waste wood-containing materials: chipboard, fiberboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, hardboard. The equipment is designed to work with crushed raw materials with a moisture content of up to 14%. For the formation of pellets, flat-matrix granulators with movable rollers are used.

Pellet lines "Artmash" are compatible with crushing and drying equipment from other manufacturers. The resulting fuel pellets fully comply with international standards and can be exported in bulk to Europe.

DOSING AUGER

Precision augers differ primarily in the size of the hopper:

0,6 m³ – model for mini-lines with granulators 7.5 - 15 kW.
1.5 cubic meters with one or two heads. Suitable for full-length lines that are planned to be expanded in the future.
3 3 cubic meters with two heads or 1 neck + plug. Recommended for high-performance lines. It can simultaneously serve two granulators of 22 kW or 37 kW.

When choosing a feed auger, you should take into account the size of the fraction with which you plan to work. Thin curly shavings have a low bulk density, so they will need to be loaded more often into the 0.6 m³ hopper. To simplify the operator's work, we recommend choosing a screw from 1.5 cubic meters.

The hopper can be loaded using a flexible auger or pneumatic conveyor. In such cases, a sealed cover and a hose connection of the specified diameter are added to the hopper.

PELLET GRANULATOR

The model range consists of pellet granulators, differing in power:

7.5 - 15 kW are intended for those who want to process sawdust into granules for their own needs. They are used in mini-lines consisting of a granulator and a feed auger;
22 kW - a model for customers who earn money from the sale of pellets, as well as furniture factories that recycle a lot of wood waste;
37 kW is chosen by future large wholesalers who plan to regularly supply large quantities of pellets to the domestic or foreign market.

For customers who do not have enough capacity of one pellet mill, as well as for those who want to increase the performance of the old line at a minimum cost, there is the possibility of simultaneous operation of two granulators in one pellet line.

REFRIGERATION COMPLEX

At the moment, the catalog of Artmash LLC contains coolers only for high-performance lines:

a set with a column that holds 0.4 m3 of pellets cools 1,000 kg / h. Recommended for lines with one granulator from 22 kW;
set with a cooling column of 1 m3 and a productivity of 2,000 kg / h. Designed specifically for lines with two granulators from 22 kW.

The complex includes: a loading bucket elevator, a counter-flow cooling column with automatic equipment, an unloading inclined conveyor, a vibrating table with unloading into bags, into a bucket elevator, a big-bag, as well as a support for bags.

For lines assembled on the basis of 7.5-15 kW granulators, cooling systems have not yet been developed. But they can be supplemented with products from other manufacturers.

NORIA

It is necessary for collecting granules from the vibrating table of the cooler and supplying them to:

large bag for 1 ton;
storage bin for finished granules;
fuel boiler capacity;
batcher hopper.

The height of the vertical bucket conveyor is determined by the required dump height.

It is possible to replace the vertical bucket elevator with an inclined bucket conveyor of a closed or open type. This option is cheaper and easier to maintain, but requires more space in the workshop.

WEIGHT BATCHER

We offer two types of semi-automatic dosing systems:

with a bunker of 0.6 cubic meters for pellet lines with a capacity of up to 800 kg/h;
with 1.5 m³ hopper for more productive lines.

We carry out an increase in capacity, as well as a change in the shape of the bunker at the request of the customer.

Reliable equipment, refined with the experience of hundreds of customers, will help you to put pellet production on stream with minimal labor costs. To service lines without a dispenser, one operator is enough, for lines with packing - two people.
