Crumbly compound feed

Making loose compound feed is one of the easiest ways to provide your own animals with really high-quality proven feed that contains the right amount of important substances for each age and species. Equipment for the production of bulk compound feed

We offer several options for each stage of work:

❊		Grinding
		Universal shredder with a 7.5 kW (UPR-7.5-C) or 11 kW (UPR-11-C) motor. Suitable for grain and grass fodder. Provides productivity of 250-350 kg/h on straw and 400-600 kg/h when processing wheat. Hammer-rotary crusher (DRM-11-B; DRM-15-B) with a large grain hopper and a table for convenient feeding of hay. Grinds 1000-1500 kg/h of corn and 250-400 kg/h of alfalfa. The industrial grain grinder (PPZ-22, PPZ-30) is an option for those who need particularly high productivity. Owners can count on 2-5 t/h depending on the model and raw material. Since the crushers of the PPZ series do not work with grass fodder, they are paired with industrial straw cutters (PPSR-11, PPSR-18.5) for the production of compound feed with the addition of hay. The fraction of crushed components in each case is regulated by choosing a grid with appropriate perforation. But in the finished product there is always a certain proportion of the floury fraction.

❇		Dust removal
		Standard cyclone – removes dust when grinding moderate amounts of non-dusty materials. The enlarged cyclone is intended for work with dusty materials, used with universal shredders. The aspiration system with three filter sleeves (ASCF-3) is a standard option, compatible with industrial shredders. The aspiration system with a block of 6 filters (ASCF-6) is an enlarged version for use in large complexes and around-the-clock operation. All options are connected to the shredder and mixer with hoses and help to reload the crushed product without the operator's involvement.

❃		Mixing
		Screw mixer with a capacity of 0.6 cubic meters (SHTP-ZK-0.6) or 1 cubic meter (SHTP-ZK-1). Performs two functions at the same time - mixing and metered supply. The second one is used for unloading, bagging or feeding for granulation. Horizontal mixer with a hopper volume of 0.6 m3 (ZK-0.6), 1.5 m3 (ZK-1.5) or 3 m3 (ZK-3). Provides 96% homogeneity of compound feed in 5-7 minutes of mixing when using 1% premix. Horizontal mixer with additional storage hopper. It does not require the grinder to be stopped for the period of mixing the portion, therefore it provides increased productivity by saving time. If necessary, the mixer is supplemented with weight sensors, automation for recipe control and/or an automatic oil injection system (increases the fat content of the mass, adds fat-soluble vitamins).

➲		Unloading
		ShTP-ZK-0.6 and ShTP-ZK-1 models have a built-in inclined auger, which can be used to reload the finished compound feed into bags or other containers. When using mixers, unloading is possible in: in a low hopper for storage; a noria for feeding into a weight dispenser, a big-bag or a high storage hopper; accurate loading auger hopper for quick unloading and further feeding into a dispenser or granulator.

☸		Dosage
		Weight dispenser with a 0.6 m3 hopper (DV-0.6). Weighing dispenser of increased capacity (DV-1.5). Both models can be used for packaging in bags, bags, boxes, boxes, etc. portions from 2 to 50 kg.
