Dealer Requirements

☑		Registered legal entity. This is required for sending goods overseas.

☑		Own or leased site with a 380 V connection for demonstrating equipment to future customers, as well as warehouses for storing products in suitable conditions.

☑		Practical knowledge of sales.

☑		Fast learning and a technical mindset from a representative and managers who will advise future buyers on product features.

☑		Willingness to invest their own money in the first trial batch of goods, as well as bear the costs of promoting and finding customers. If a dealer provides sales of $8,000 or more every month, we will additionally organize advertising for him in Google search, YouTube and social networks.

☑		Honesty in dealing with clients. You cannot offer people equipment that is obviously incapable of meeting their needs. If in doubt, it is imperative to consult with Artmash managers at the plant.

Terms of cooperation


◉		To begin with, we are ready to offer you a batch of goods for sale. If you cannot sell the equipment in 2 months, we will take it back.

◉		The production of consumables for your customers will be a priority, we will ensure the shortest possible time.

◉		We will provide advertising products - booklets and stands in the language of your choice (in electronic form or already printed - at your request).

Minimum lot - from 1 product of each model. The number of models selected is coordinated with the market specifics in your country.

Dealer's responsibilities

✓		Popularization of the Artmash brand in your region or throughout the country. It is necessary to maintain a good reputation of Artmash and ourselves as a representative, to conduct demonstrations of equipment on our own site, and also to agree on demonstrations at existing enterprises with our equipment. It is advisable to participate in local equipment exhibitions and other promotional activities.

✓		Active participation in the process of translating passports, brochures, recipes and other materials into the language of local buyers. Otherwise, we will not be able to check the correctness of the translation and take into account the local specifics.

✓		Search for clients at the local level: placement of goods in product catalogs, online store, ad platforms; calling and visiting businesses that are related to the target audience; work with databases of enterprises that relate to the target audience; opening an offline store.

✓		Experiments on trial granulation for the selection of optimal matrices for raw materials.

✓		After-sales service: consultations on the use, supply of spare parts and consumables (you need to plan the use of consumables, ideally the most popular items should be imported together with the equipment).

✓		Maintaining a database of clients indicating the features of the equipment they use, including the exact parameters of the matrices used. It is necessary from time to time to be interested in how they are doing and to work with complaints, inform about the opportunity to buy additional equipment and the appearance of new suitable models.

✓		Collecting video feedback from customers about the operation of the equipment for their subsequent posting on our YouTube channel, as well as for use as social proof in conversations with future buyers.
