• Discuss finding a suitable vehicle for delivery. Alla will contact trusted transport companies and select an option for you that is suitable in terms of price and efficiency. If you are looking for a car yourself, it will tell you which truck will fit your set of equipment.
• Get operational information about the sending of goods by transport companies. Sometimes we bring the equipment to the office of Nova Poshta or SAT on time, but the carrier keeps it in his warehouse for some time and does not notify the recipient of the delivery. In such cases, Alla helps to find out the current position of the goods and clarify the planned time of dispatch.
• Tell about lost passports, instructions or other papers. This rarely happens, but if necessary, we can always send an electronic version of the documents to your mail. If the warranty card is lost, you do not have to worry - a purchase record in our database will be sufficient proof of the purchase of the goods and will help to confirm the date.
