Artmash Plant presents new equipment - a complex for the preparation of compound feeds for all types of pets. It performs grinding, mixing and dosing operations.
The product can be supplemented with a granulator and / or cooling column to create a complete feed pelletizing line.
The complex is designed for farms that independently produce compound feed for their animals. This not only makes sure that there are no defective or dangerous components, but also varies the composition depending on the season, age of the population and other factors.
Components of the complex:
Suitable types of raw materials:
You can also add other crushed components, mineral ingredients, premixes, curative and preventive additives to the mixer hopper.
Previously, we could buy a cyclone grinder and auger mixer as separate pieces of equipment.
Their combined version has several advantages:
◉ |
A built-in bleach wheel allows the raw material to be transported through the cyclone directly into the auger hopper. This means that the operator does not have to monitor the filling of the bags with the ground product, and then manually overload it in the mixer. Work is done faster and labor costs are reduced. |
◉ |
The sealed hopper does not allow the crushed products to scatter and does not allow dust. The workplace becomes cleaner and safer for the operator. |
◉ |
Fine adjustment of the feed allows you to choose the most accurate doses for unloading. Bulk feed can be routed directly into the feeders or into the pellet hopper. |
Artmash plant designers are ready to continue developing more convenient, productive and safe equipment to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
A few months after its appearance in the catalog, the compound feed preparation complex became a popular basis for small semi-automated pelletizing lines. Taking into account the practice of our customers, the basic version of the shredder has been improved for more comfortable handling of raw materials that are prone to dust formation. This is described in detail in the video.
Also, at the request of customers, we began to change the basic set of equipment in the complex. Now it can be assembled from the following models:
Chopper |
|
Mixer auger |

Granulator |

Additional options |

A set of industrial grain crusher (modification with a 15 kW motor) and a mixing auger with load cells. The client makes a cereal-based feed by manually adding premixes and oil to the hopper. The set was subsequently supplemented with a feed version of the 15 kW pelletizer. We also filmed the work of a similar complex from a client from Chernyakhov.
The complex is similar to the previous one, but the client had a limitation on the maximum height of the equipment. Especially for this project, a low wide cyclone with an aspiration bag was developed, which performs its functions no worse than the standard version.
Set of 11 kW universal crusher, standard mixing auger and 11 kW pellet granulator. The choice of a granulator is due to the fact that it is important for the client to process cereals, hay and alfalfa, as well as to make pellets from sawdust with the addition of soy or sunflower waste.
Set of universal impact hammer crusher and mixing auger with load cells. Compared to the standard version, it is more efficient and easier to download. The supply of grain from the hopper can be adjusted using a gate. The tilted body allows the hay bales to be raised to a lower height and to see the cutting elements. Fully equipped, the impact crusher is also complemented by a hay feeding table.
A peat crushing complex designed for customers who manufacture plant substrates. The auger is used to conveniently feed the raw material into the crusher. A cyclone with an outlet for two bags makes it possible not to interrupt work to replace containers. During crushing, the crusher does not spread dust, which makes it possible to work comfortably in an enclosed space.
Managers always assemble the required complete set for the client, therefore we do not indicate the cost of the sets on the website. But you can find out the current price after a 2-minute consultation by phone or in a messenger.
