The weighing batcher of bulk materials with a hopper of 0.6 m3 was developed by the designers of Artmash LLC for our feed and pellet granulation lines. But it can also be used in dosing agricultural products, food ingredients, bulk fertilizers, plastic granules and other goods.

The dosing device belongs to the industrial semi-automatic models. This means that the processes of falling asleep, weighing and stopping the rash are controlled by automatic equipment and do not require human supervision. But for the replacement of containers, the participation of the operator is required.

Often, pipettes are capable of counting only one weight +/- 30%. For example, it is often impossible to pack 10 kg and 15 kg bags on the same equipment. But our weigher is adjustable from 1 to 50 kg. Therefore, you can produce your product in containers of any size. |
The dosing machine has no consumables. But if any part of the device is worn out or broken, we are always ready to make a replacement.
