An industrial wood splitter with a towbar mount is designed for use on difficult bumpy sites and in hard-to-reach places. The equipment is manufactured at the own plant of Artmash LLC. At the request of the customer, we will install a gasoline engine, electric or two at once. We organize delivery across Ukraine and 25 countries of 3 continents.

Standard wheels have been replaced with 13R car wheels with native hubs mounted on a reinforced frame. This provided greater endurance for the wood splitter during movement, and also improved its stability. This modification is suitable for use in mountainous areas. |

The distance between the wheels was selected so that, with optimal stability in motion, the wood splitter would still fit inside a standard cargo bead and trailer. This is more convenient than transporting equipment over long distances in a semi-disassembled state. |

The unit is standard, suitable for any machine. You will need to transport the wood splitter to a nearby work site. If the wood splitter rarely moves, the tow bar assembly can be completely removed. |

Choose a level place to work and take care of the operator's protective equipment (gloves, goggles). Disconnect the equipment from the vehicle and place the front supporting leg in the working position. For convenience, you can detach the tow hitch. Make sure that during the trip, no chips get into the moving mechanism, and moisture does not get on the electrical part. |

Start the engine in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of your motor (we issue with a package of documents). In cold weather, warm up the engine for 5 minutes before starting work. Then check the smooth running of the rail without wood. |

Make sure that the cutting material does not exceed 60 cm in length and 50 cm in diameter. Large pieces must be cut beforehand. We recommend making a straight cut, at an angle of 90º. |

Lay the log on the work table so that the knife looks at the end of the log. Make sure the knife does not go through the center of the knot. Move the log to the right or left. Make sure the position of the wood is stable and will not move after tempering. |

Take a position next to the flywheel housing, pull the handle towards you and immediately release. When the carriage moves towards you, the handle will automatically rise to its original position. |

If the log is not completely split, repeat the blow. Log halves can be stacked on top of each other to save time. The size of firewood depends on your wishes. |
