The granulator with an engine power of 22 kW, 1500 rpm is intended for the production of compound feed, fuel pellets (from sawdust, agricultural waste) in the form of granules with a diameter of 2-8 mm. It effectively copes with its task at a voltage of 380 V with a rated current of 45 A. Permissible moisture content of raw materials is up to 14%.
The body and working units of the granulator are manufactured at our factory, including red-hot matrixes and rollers. Electrics are purchased from trusted Ukrainian manufacturers. All rotating units use high-quality bearings of world brands ZKL, Kinex.

Drilling, countersinking of dies takes place exclusively on CNC machines (with a computerized control system), therefore we exclude the appearance of defects (uneven holes, uneven jumpers between them, deformation of the matrix, etc.) providing you with high-quality, geometry-perfect parts.
After this, the matrices undergo heat treatment, are ground and ground. The hardness of the material on the Rockwell scale is 60 HRC, which corresponds to the hardness of the bearing.
Equipment of this capacity is usually part of a line for and production of pellets from feed for sale or to provide its own livestock, poultry or fish.
The performance of such a granulator is:

Productivity, in addition to the formulation of feed, is affected by the diameter of the granules, which are selected taking into account the needs of animals. The length of the granules is regulated by knives located under the matrix.
