The PTO-powered granulator will help expand the functionality of your tractor and use it efficiently while there is no work in the field. The Artmash plant produces pelletizing devices in its own workshops, so you will receive equipment that is exactly suitable for your agricultural machinery.

How to choose a granulator for a tractor

The Artmash catalog contains a line of granulators with power from 4 kW to 37 kW. We can manufacture each of these models for PTO. The more powerful your tractor, the more productive granulator you can connect to it.

For example:

• tractor 20 horsepower - granulator 15 kW (matrix diameter 200 mm, productivity 100-200 kg / h);
• tractor 40 horsepower - granulator 22 kW (die diameter 280 mm, productivity 200-800 kg / h);
• tractor 50 horsepower - granulator 37 kW (matrix diameter 400 mm, productivity 400-1200 kg / h).

The pelleting efficiency depends not only on the engine, but also on the composition of the raw materials used.

To determine which model is right for you, divide your tractor power by 1.37. You will get the power of the pellet mill motor. It is recommended to round down, as a power reserve is required for granulation.
