A 22 kW productive grain crusher is designed for large enterprises. The model is capable of processing up to 4 tons of grain every hour. It can be part of a feed granulation line or used in the industrial production workshop for compound feeds for BPX, broilers, goats, rabbits and other agricultural animals.

There is a neodymium magnet inside, so the device protects the motor not only from stones, but also from metal fragments. Thanks to this precaution, the grain crusher serves for a long time, even if it processes not thoroughly refined raw materials. |
Making a crusher at the Artmash plant takes about 1-4 weeks (depending on the season and workload). A 12-month warranty is provided for each product. All customers get the opportunity to order any spare parts and consumables for their equipment.

Raw materials can be loaded into a capacious storage hopper or collected with a vacuum cleaner directly from the heap. A 10-meter-long hose allows without effort to feed a whole mountain of grain into the crusher. |

The dust scattered during crushing harms the lungs of maintenance personnel. Our chopper is equipped with a cyclone that removes all small fragments from the air. The cyclone is equipped with a 2-bag transfer so that it does not have to stop the crusher to replace containers. |

The grain crusher is equipped with an electronic ammeter (for visual monitoring of the load by the operator), an electromagnetic protection circuit breaker and a thermal relay. The designers thought through everything so that your chopper does not suffer due to poor-quality raw materials, small experience of workers or power surges. |
