What is the feed mill granulate

The basic set of equipment includes:

1. Industrial grinder for grain with a productivity of 1-4 t / h. The model is equipped with a vacuum cleaner for collecting grain from the heap. Feeding can be equipped from a large storage bin.
2. Industrial straw chopper capable of processing from 0.4 to 1 t / h. The model is designed for rectangular bales. It is supplemented with a table for easy serving.
3. Feed mixer horizontal type. The mixer is charged through a cyclone, which is connected to the crusher by a hose. The mixer hopper is tightly closed, there is an aspiration system to prevent dusting of the workshop.
4. The screw of the metered giving on 0,6 or 1,3 cubic meters. Possible infinitely variable feed. There is no raw material left in the bunker.
5. Flat matrix industrial feed granulator 22 kW or 37 kW. Productivity at this stage will be 0.3 - 1.2 t / h. Sizes of granules from 2 to 8 mm.
6. Cooling complex, consisting of: a closed vertical bucket loader, a cooling column, an inclined bucket conveyor and a vibrating table. Cools 1 t / h.
7. Noriya for reloading finished sifted granules into the dispenser.
8. A dosing device that unloads a given mass of finished feed pellets into a container.
