Bucket conveyors are designed to move bulk solids between the components of the granulation line, to deliver the finished product to the filling equipment, in the storage or use area (fuel boiler, feeders), etc.
The bucket conveyor "Artmash" can be bought for installation both in our line and in another set of equipment. We modify our products to best suit your needs.
Belt conveyors with buckets are optimal in cases where the careful transfer of raw materials through the line is important. They guarantee minimal deformation of the material particles when moving to the upper or lower level.
For optimal use, raw materials should:
| × | do not emit dust, otherwise it will spread during the movement of the tape; |

have low humidity to sleep freely from the bucket into the hopper; |
| × | characterized by high or medium bulk density. Substances with light bulk particles will fly apart. Pneumatic conveyors are better suited for them. |
