For those who want to make pellets from feed of different compositions, from time to time to pelletize clean hay, or switch to pelleting straw with additives during the season, there are two-speed models of granulators with a capacity of 7.5-11 kW and 13-17 kW. They are able to switch between feed and pellet modes, therefore, they provide high quality processing of all types of raw materials. |

Vibrating table-sifter It selects crumbs and dust to send them for re-granulation. The perforation of the sieve changes to the size of the granules. Loading of granules onto a vibrating table is carried out using an open-type inclined bucket conveyor. If desired, it can be replaced with a closed inclined conveyor or a bucket elevator. |
*After sifting the granules on a vibrating table, we recommend checking the temperature of the granules. Since they did not pass through the cooling column, during the warmer months the pellets can fall out of the vibrating table while hot. In such cases, spread them in a thin layer on any surface and wait for natural cooling.
